We are a mobile, independent, self-sufficient community of beginning to experienced human Painters pursuing opportunities to become involved through Painting with the urban and natural surroundings we are part of.
We believe in opening and sharing creative possibilities with artists that don’t have a place to Paint, the materials to do it, or the encouragement it takes to be regularly engaged in a Painting practice. We are non-discriminating, equal opportunity Painters.
We believe in helping educate our community to discover what is artistically available around us, its history, significance, and why it’s important to preserve this cultural heritage.
We believe modern electronic technology is dehumanizing the artistic experience with its never-ending quest for perfection and non-involvement. We are anti-modern.
We believe in taking down all the Painting myths that create the false illusion Painting is reserved only to a privileged few.
We believe Painting can rescue and rewire our creative brain from old blocks, bad spells, and instructional childhood wounds that have crippled the natural state of expressing ourselves creatively.
We believe Painting in a group is the best way to break old patterns, learn new tricks, and make rich, human connections.
