Painting Series: BATHERS
Memorial Day is coming up, and we're looking forward to another strange summer, albeit less strange than last year's. We have seen a lot of changes in the past 15 months. We have also changed our perspective on summer.
Going to the beach is actually a very recent phenomenon in human history. As we know them, beaches are more of a human construction than a natural phenomenon.
Considering all these recent changes and predicting what may be the end of beachgoing as we’ve known it, we are painting bathers.
