This deposit secures your spot on our Roofless Painting Getaway in New York City from September 4 to 9, 2023.
- The remaining balance will be invoiced before the event starts.
- This security deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or the inability to meet the minimum number of painters.
- Group capacity for each event is limited to 11 easels, with a minimum of 7 easels needed to run it.

This retreat includes:
- 5 days of 4-hour painting time from 9 am to 1 pm at 5 locations, from Monday, September 4 to Friday, September 8, 2023.
- All painting materials are supplied (medium - oil).
- Setup and wrap-up on us. You simply show up.
- Refreshments provided.
- Suitable for all abilities and experience.
- Guided instructions and feedback provided.
- The work will be featured in a September 9, 2023, pop-up exhibition.
The painting retreat excludes:
- Cost of travel, transfers, accommodation, and meals.
