We're excited to have kicked off our Roofless Book Club with THE GOLDFINCH. We're also excited to create a painting series at the end of Winter based on the book and to host an art show to share it.
Art show venue: LEIMIN SPACE, in Chinatown.
Date: Saturday March 16, 2019, 6-9pm.
This show is open to anyone who has read the book and wants to participate in any of the oil painting workshops in March inspired by the novel (dates to be announced soon).
There is a $40 participation premium to partake in the art show. The participation premium covers:
- The painting support (wood panel).
- Opening reception refreshments.
- Printed postcard.
- A free zine-style catalog featuring your artwork.
